1. General
- Lumora Flowers is based in the United Arab Emirates, and the governing law is UAE local law.
- We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
- Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and restricting access to your account.
3. Products & Substitution
- All products are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, a similar product of equal or higher value will be substituted.
- Due to seasonal variations and availability, the actual product may differ slightly from the images displayed.
- Flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life.
4. Payments
- We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and relevant policies.
- Payments are securely processed through encrypted channels. No card details are stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
- Orders are delivered through temperature-controlled vehicles.
- We aim to deliver at the requested time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Contactless delivery is encouraged for health and safety.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt redelivery or coordinate with the sender.
6. International Orders
- Unless explicitly stated, deliveries are limited to within the UAE.
- For international browsing, users are responsible for complying with local laws.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If there is a complaint about product quality, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If found valid, we will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
- Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
9. Coupon Codes & Offers
- Promo codes and discounts are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
- Discounts apply only to product value (excluding delivery charges).
- Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
10. Flower Care Tips
- Trim the stems and place flowers in fresh water upon arrival.
- Change water daily and keep flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and vents.
11. Prohibited Use
- You may not use this website for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Lumora Flowers.
- Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (text, images, design) is the property of Lumora Flowers and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce or distribute any material without our written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Lumora Flowers will not be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or products.
- We shall not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, traffic, weather, or incorrect delivery information.
